Inspired by the classic gin and tonic. This is a non alcoholic version with 5 different botanicals.

Again for this t-total version we utilize the natural slight bitterness from our nitro cold brew jasmine green tea for gin's alcoholic characteristic. Complexity comes from different botanicals we use to make our syrup. Soda water is there to mimic the fizziness of tonic.

Definitely not gonna beat gin and tonic any day soon but this drink is certainly a good substitute for an alcohol free afternoon.
